Head chef required for an establishment in Anglesey, this is a fresh food pub that is looking to go further and develop the food offering. This is a busy operation in the summer, so volume is important. They have accommodation available , which overlooks the beech. This is a brilliant opportunity for a head chef to bring skills to this kitchen and make a bit of a name in Anglesey. Head chef, £47500 + bonus The role As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, work with Anglesey and north Wales suppliers to ensure brilliant produce is showcased. This is a brilliant opportunity to drive the business forward and the kitchen forward, with plenty of scope. They have a large outdoor dining area as well as a bar area and also a restaurant part as well. It is a team of 5-6 in the kitchen in the summer. This role includes all the normal head chef duties.
