Head chef required in London for a cafe lounge bar style establishment that has a brunch focus & late plates later on, that is open from 9am each day. Shift pattern is 48 hours a week, 2 double shifts, 3 single and 2 days off. This is a small kitchen, you will need to be able to be hands on cooking.
