Butcher required for an establishment opening, focusing on amazing European meats. You will run the butcher's counter and manage the meat walk-in fridge containing whole animals. Your responsibilities include butchering whole animals and preparing various cuts of meat, with a main focus on whole cows and beef cuts.

The role involves ensuring that the whole animals delivered are stored correctly and that the butchery is performed to high standards.
