Sales Manager required in the Surrey area for a freight forwarder, the sales manager role is £40-45k + bonus + car allowance. The role is covering both new business and also account growth for current clients. It will be a mixture between the two sides.
As a sales manager, you will manage the account sales for current clients, to increase the sales per client and get repeat business. You will also drive new client business as well. They cover a wide range of freight solutions including road, air and ocean. It will be a wide-ranging role, as you will have clients using different parts of the business. This role is split between current and new clients. This role will include all the standard sales manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sales manager from a logistics background with knowledge of road, ocean or air freight. They will also welcome sales candidates from a final mile, parcel or courier company background as well.
