Demi Chef de partie live in required for a multi award winning and multi rosette / Michelin-level kitchen in the Cotswolds. This role is perfect for a Demi chef de partie from a 1/2 rosette level who is looking to learn lots and improve your skills and learn about multi rosette and Michelin level cookery. If you're passionate about learning, this is the role for you. £28,500 + £2,500 tips (31k).

The role: As a demi chef de partie you will learn about the fine dining style of cookery and learn how to cook at a Michelin/multi rosette level. You will start off in one of the smaller sections and then learn how to progress to other sections. This role will include all the standard Demi chef de partie duties.

Experience: We are looking for a demi chef de partie with a 1 or 2 rosette background. The most important thing is a passion to learn and develop. You must have a passion for food and for high-end cookery. As well as being teachable, you will also have good knife skills.
