Import freight Forwarding & Customs operator required for a freight forwarder in the London Gateway area, this freight forwarder imports a wide range of goods. The company as well as a freight forwarder is also a 3PL provider. This role will be supporting the account managers to ensure all the customs documents and import paperwork is on file, you will be using CDS. This role covers the administration duties of a import freight forwarder & the declaration paperwork entry of a customs clerk. Import freight Forwarding salary bracket £30-33k depending on experience. The role We are looking for a Import freight Forwarding operator who will put the customs entries onto the systems using CDS, that the customs bookerage then process, you will ensure all the paper work is correct. You will also Carry out all required global Import operational procedures, documents, Government Import authorities and global suppliers and customers requirements. This role will include all the normal freight forwarding duties & covering customs too.
