Freight Forwardingcustomer service Coordinator required for a National Logistics company. This is a b2bcustomer service role, working with clients of this freight forwarder to ensure great customer service. This role is in the Heathrow area and is payingupto£30k with parking on site and good career path.
The role
This role will be varied and will include duties including: creating Customs reports as required,Co-ordinate vehicles to collect and deliver from the airline within a timely manor, have excellent knowledge of import/export procedures as well as having excellent understanding of freight industry security processes and complete understanding ofDfT/CAA, HMRC and IATA regulations. You will alsoRaise records in theETSFand discharge T1s from overnight DDX deliveries. This role will include alot of admin duties and customer services, this will cover the freight forwarding and customs areas.
Expeirence
We are looking for a candidate with a understanding ofDfT/CAA, HMRC and IATA regulations. You will have a freight forwarding knowledge and some understanding of customs clearance, to produce various reports.
