Sales representative / Field based Sales Account Manager for an up & coming FMCG brand. This is a trendy company, it is not a corporate style at all - lots of banter & fun. You will meet current shops and possible new shops to promote the range of products mainly towards the convenience store market. You will work with both independent shops and regional shop chains to increase the sales of your FMCG product and to get repeat orders.

This is a field based role with between 3 and 4 days per week on the road meeting shop owners and business owners of outlets that could sell your products. Basic is £25k + a bonus structure (OTE £30k) & a vehicle. The role is for the North West patch between Manchester and Liverpool. This role is ideal for a candidate with some sales experience who is looking to progress in the sales market and learn about pitching & account management.

As a sales representative / field based Sales Account Manager you will:

  • Build relationships with customers in your patch
  • Identify companies they can increase sales at or look at companies they can open doors to sell your products
  • Close deals, secure price, increase repeat business

This role will include all the normal duties of a field based sales manager.

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate who is organised, able to be on the road, able to build relationships and drive sales. You will be a relationship builder. You might be from a soft drink, energy drink, snack food, chocolate brand or other FMCG products. Also, above all, you must be a fun banter loving sales person.

Patch: Liverpool to Manchester region. Basic £25k + bonus £30k OTE. Vehicle provided to use within your patch.
