Overview
Head chef required for a hotel with a rosette restaurant within driving distance of Newcastle. This hotel has a good quality food offering and is looking for a head chef to run the kitchen team. Salary: £45-50k basic plus tips/service of around £4-5k. If relocating, short-term live-in can be offered. This head chef role is hands-on and not office based.
Role
As a head chef you will run the kitchen, work with suppliers to ensure the right produce is produced, develop your team of chefs and kitchen porters and ensure everything runs smoothly. In service you will run a section and jump on sections where needed. This role will include all the head chef duties.
