Executive Head chef required for a small restaurant chain in NW6 area of London, this is a fresh food restaurant part of a small group of 3 sites . The restaurant offers freshly sourced ingredients and use great fresh meats/fish. They are looking for a Head chef with a fresh food background, 60-70k, part small group, nice-sized restaurants. The role As a exec Head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchens, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, you have a strong sous chef already inplace who is very experienced under you and a team of other chefs. You will ensure everything runs smoothly, and manage the senior sous chefs, each site has a very experienced senior sous chef. This head chef role will include all the standard exec head chef duties.
