Coffee shop manager is required for an independent coffee shop in the Knightbridge area of London. The coffee is amazing plus they do have a great range of food as well. The food is all prepared on site and is of a high standard using brilliant produce. The coffee is the type of coffee consumers will talk about later. The coffee shop Manager salary is £36k a year plus service of around £300 a month. The role As a Coffee shop manager you will manage this small independent coffee shop, it is part of a hospitality group but the coffee shop is not part of any chain. You will manage the team, ensure the coffee shop counter is ready for opening, ensure the shop runs smoothly, build relationships with regular customers.
