Sous Chef required for a venue serving rosette level dishes. This venue is high end, with a good range of equipment in the kitchen and high-quality produce, including a kitchen garden. The owners are big on work-life balance; you will be creating high-end produce with a good range of shifts and not late nights every evening.

The role requires a Sous Chef with a rosette background to support the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. You will be a hands-on Sous Chef who loves cooking and great produce. This is a small kitchen, so it is very hands-on, and this role will include all the standard Sous Chef duties.

Experience: We are looking for a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef who has worked in 3 rosette, high end 2 rosette or Michelin establishments. As a Sous Chef, you will have great attention to detail, be able to work in a hands-on role, and focus on attention to detail.

This position offers high-end produce, a good range of shift patterns, and some daytime shifts too. There are rosette high-end standards and great locations with parking on site. Short-term live-in accommodation is available if relocating.
