- Chef de Partierequired in theLeicestershirearea, this is a fully fresh kitchen which has won awards. You will really enjoy the produce they use and the standards of the plates leaving the pass. Chef de Partie salary £29,000 – £32,000 + tips of around £500 per year. This is a great opportunity to work with high end produce and learn new dishes.
position 2: CHEF DE PARTIE – nr RUGBY (live in)
- Chef de partie required for a kitchen near to Rugby, £30-31k, live in. The live in is about 1 mile away in a staff house, own transport is advised. This is good level of cookery
position 3: SOUS CHEF – LEICESTERSHIRE (live in)

- Chef de partie required, Solihull area, really good use of produce, £30-32k
