Chef de Partie required for a 2 Rosette Restaurant within a hotel in the South Lakes area. Salary is up to £32,000 + £3,000 tips (OTE £35,000 a year) and live-in is available. The hotel is well known in the area for the restaurant and is producing Rosette dishes using Cumbrian produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to cook at a Rosette level.
The role: We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background at 2 Rosette level. You will set up your section, using Cumbrian produce to get your fridge ready for service; you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties.
Experience: We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience as either a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up. Fresh food experience would be beneficial at a Rosette level.
Position: Chef de Partie
Salary: £32,000 depending on level + £300-350 per month tips/service. Package for other chefs here is currently £35,000.
