Various permanent chef de partie & sous chef positions across Devon & Cornwall for a range of Hotels, Gastro Pubs and Restaurants. All are full time, live in & permanent contracts.
- Position 1: Chef de Partie - Barnstaple area. Required for a fresh food establishment. Full-time permanent position with an hourly rate between £15 and £17 per hour, depending on experience (35k-38k depending on hours). The role is within driving distance of Barnstaple and Braunton.
- Position 2: Chef de Partie - near Newquay. Required for a restaurant in Newquay, focusing on fresh food and good standards of cookery. Salary: 29-32k.
- Position 3: Chef de Partie - Newquay (live in). Required in Cornwall for a busy hotel serving fresh food. Salary: 30k.
- Position 4: Chef de Partie - Devon (live in). Required for a 2 rosette kitchen. Own transport is required. Salary: 30-33k.
- Position 5: Chef de Partie - near Truro (live in). Required for a fresh food kitchen. Salary: 27-31k.
- Position 6: Chef de Partie - Cornwall (live in). Required for a kitchen in a remote area. Own transport is ideal.
- Position 7: Chef de Partie - Sidmouth (live in). Required in the Sidmouth area for a good quality hotel. Salary: 29-31k.
- Position 8: Chef de Partie - near Braunton. Required for a pub style kitchen with a menu of pub classics and fish. Salary: £32-36k.
- Position 9: Chef de Partie - near Penzance (Seasonal until November, live in). Required for a fresh food, rosette level kitchen. This is a seasonal role until November.
