Chef de Partie required for a restaurant in North Norfolk near Sheringham. This restaurant focuses on fresh food and has a very popular pizza menu. As Chef de Partie, you will run one of the sections, starting with the pizza section. You will prep the bases before the restaurant opens and cook amazing pizza to order. You will also work around other areas of the kitchen.
This role includes all the standard Chef de Partie duties. We are looking for a fresh food Chef at a Chef de Partie level. Ideally, you will have some knowledge of pizza, but that is not essential as training will be provided. The most important qualities are reliability, the ability to work with fresh food, and a passion to learn.
Package: £33-40k per year depending on experience. Parking available.
