This kitchen is busy all day , they cook eveything fresh and has a great standard. They make all the pastry inhouse including afternoon teas and they also make some bread as well. The role the pastry chef de partie will run the pastry section in the kitchen under the head pastry chef, baking at a great standard. you will do the prep the pastry section for service for the restaurant and the afternoon teas comes from the pastry section as well. this role will include all the normal pastry chef de partie duties experience We are looking for a pastry chef de partie with a fresh food background, great baking skills and able to work in a busy kitchen. pastry chef de partie
