The role involves ensuring the air freight goes well. You will be trained to do the paperwork, plan the air freight, ensure the paperwork is on time for the import or export of goods by air freight, and ensure the customs clearance paperwork is also in place. This role will evolve into a freight forwarder role as you learn all the parts of air freight.
