Freight Forwarding Commercial Co-ordinator / Internal Sales Team coordinator required for a Bradford-based freight forwarder. This role is within the Internal Sales Team, where you will be expected to be proactive and maintain and develop business relationships.
This role will provide accurate, competitive pricing to customers and the external sales team.
The role:
- Dealing with customer queries/enquiries via telephone/email.
- Calculating and advising rates to customers & the external sales team.
- Providing customers with quotes as requested/required.
- Dealing with invoice and price disputes.
Experience:
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding pricing and how to quote, using the rate cards.
- Experience of working in import/export freight forwarding would be an advantage.
