Sous chef required for a multi rosette / michelin standard kitchen in Scotland. This establishment is all about the produce, you will deliver amazing fresh food of a 3 rosette or a michelin level. It is all about amazing plates and using amazing Scottish produce.

The role:

  • As a Sous chef you will run the kitchen with the head chef, this is a very hands-on role and you will support in the running of the kitchen.
  • This role will include all the standard sous chef duties.

Experience:

  • We are looking for a Sous chef with a fine dining background, ideally multi rosette or michelin.
  • You must have great standards and fresh food.

Ideal start date: June 2026

£38k basic + service/tips
