Head Chef required for a venue serving 3 rosette level dishes. This venue is high end, with a good range of equipment in the kitchen and high-quality produce, including a kitchen garden. The owners are big on work-life balance; you will be creating high-end produce with a good range of shifts and not late nights every evening.

The role requires a Head Chef with a rosette or Michelin background to run the kitchen. You will be a hands-on chef who loves cooking and great produce. This is a small kitchen, so it is very hands-on, and this role will include all the standard Head Chef duties.

Experience: We are looking for a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef who has worked in 3 rosette, high end 2 rosette or Michelin establishments. As a Head Chef, you will have great attention to detail, be able to work in a hands-on role, and focus on high-end standards.
