Bar Manager required for an establishment in the Cotswolds, live-in available. This is a gastro pub style service within the Restaurant & Bar area. As a Bar Manager, you will ensure everything runs smoothly within this bar area part of a hotel. Salary £32,700 + service charge (35,000 package), 40-hour contract.

The role: We are looking for a Bar Manager who will support the Operations Manager with the smooth running of this part of the F&B operation. You will ensure the bar is ready for service, ensure the bar back looks great, train new staff, ensure the flow of customers is smooth, deal with customer questions, and support the Restaurant Manager (which is the other F&B outlet) when needed to ensure both parts of F&B run smoothly. This role will include all the normal bar manager duties.

Experience: We are looking for a Bar Manager from a busy operation background. This could be an upmarket foodie gastro pub, a busy fresh food restaurant, or a hotel restaurant. You will be a Bar Manager who is organised, great with customers, and has good drink knowledge.
