Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer required for our Hospitality division at HTE Recruitment. Established in 2007, we have expanded into new sectors with a 5-year plan to become a multi-divisional agency across 3 sectors. We value team community and work to foster a collaborative environment.
Location: 3-minute walk from M1 2JW train station.

The role:
As part of your apprenticeship, you will match new positions, shortlist candidates, review CVs, conduct registration calls, and inform candidates about roles. You will tailor CVs to our format, send them to clients, and proactively market candidates without current roles. This is an apprentice recruitment resource role within our apprenticeship program.
Experience:
Ideal candidates are good communicators, confident on the phone, proficient in English and basic maths, and able to handle candidate issues sensibly. You should be able to describe restaurant roles to candidates and \”sell\” jobs effectively. This opportunity is suitable for college leavers or part-time workers seeking a full-time career.
