Sous Chef required for a fresh food gastro pub in Northumberland. This is a well-known small gastro pub, using great local and regional produce.

The kitchen is a team of 2 chefs (this role and a junior chef). The owner is a head chef by trade but not in the kitchen much, so you will be running it day to day. It is a very hands-on role, allowing you to focus on cooking.

They will offer live-in accommodation for the chef.
