HtE Recruitment Limited is seeking a head chef for a new smashed burger concept in central London. You will be part of the opening, design the concept, create unique burgers and menus, and lead kitchen operations to ensure a successful launch.
You must have a smashed burger background, a strong creative mindset, excellent hygiene, and the ability to handle the volume of a busy smash burger venue while driving social media-friendly plating and guest satisfaction.
