The head chef position is paying a package of around £65k, which includes trunc of around £6k
The role
As a head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, you will meet the suppliers from the local area and show case the local produce on the menus. This head chef role will include all the standard head chef duties.
