Our facilities provide a wide range of services, including vehicle servicing, truck and van sales, DAFaid assistance, parts sales, and electric vehicle sales. With consultancy services that are unmatched in the industry, HTC Group’s headquarters are located in Heathrow, with additional sites in Dunstable, Greenford, Reading, Oxford, Croydon, Belvedere, Hemel, Guildford and Shoreham.

Duties

  • Responsible for a diverse team that will need to deliver robust parts sales growth, margin targets and reach a high level of customer service.
  • Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with the Service department to provide an efficient service and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with team leaders and parts teams, to assist you in managing key accounts.
  • Department reviews and management.
  • Being a brand representative that has product knowledge and delivers great customer service.

Essentials

  • Have automotive, parts and managerial experience.
  • Be commercially aware of industry standards.
  • Confident in knowledge of Commercial Vehicles.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be confident and enthusiastic.
  • Pro-active approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full UK driving license.
