We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor on our night shift in Croydon.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Monitor job progress, review job cards, and ensure accurate job timing for costing purposes Manage all warranty and additional work procedures, ensuring correct documentation and customer authorisations Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure consistent service delivery Supervise and support workshop staff, providing leadership Ensure workshop cleanliness, compliance with Health experience in HGV and trailer maintenance Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A proactive, customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills Previous experience in a similar role At Ballyvesey Holdings your right to privacy is important to us.
