HTC Group is seeking a HR Administrator to join our Heathrow Depot team. The role focuses on everyday HR operations, recruitment support, onboarding and lifecycle coordination, with a strong emphasis on data hygiene across our HRIS (SuccessFactors).
You will partner with leaders to foster engagement, culture and consistency, while developing clear employee communications and policy frameworks. 1–2 years in HR and a degree in HR/Business are preferred.
