We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join the team at Hemel Hempstead. Duties will include:
- Responsible for a diverse team that will need to deliver robust parts sales growth, margin targets and reach a high level of customer service.
- Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with the Service department to provide an efficient service and maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop strong internal relationships with team leaders and parts teams, to assist you in managing key accounts.
- Department reviews and management.
- Being a brand representative that has product knowledge and delivers great customer service.
- Have automotive, parts and managerial experience.
- Be commercially aware of industry standards.
- Confident in knowledge of Commercial Vehicles.
