We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor on our night shift in Croydon.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Monitor job progress, review job cards, and ensure accurate job timing for costing purposes.
- Manage all warranty and additional work procedures, ensuring correct documentation and customer authorisations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Supervise and support workshop staff, providing leadership.
- Ensure workshop cleanliness, compliance with Health & Safety, and adherence to all company and legal standards.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HGV and trailer maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
