HTC is a long established and privately owned business. We operate at the forefront of the Commercial Vehicle dealership network, supporting customers through vehicle sales and aftersales services, and proudly represent leading manufacturers including DAF Trucks, FiatPro and Maxus.

We are now seeking an exceptional Aftersales Director to join our senior leadership team. This is a rare opportunity for a high performing, commercially driven leader to shape and deliver a best in class aftersales operation across a large, multi-site business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategy, performance, and customer excellence.

The Role

  • Deliver a forward thinking aftersales strategy that drives sustained growth
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a large, high performing team of circa 400 colleagues
  • Provide clear leadership to Aftersales, Service, and Parts Managers, ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery against performance targets
  • Champion the highest standards of compliance, quality, and customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturer partners and group leadership
  • Drive profitability across aftersales operations, delivering against revenue and margin objectives

About You

  • Proven success in a senior aftersales or service leadership role within the commercial vehicle or automotive sector
  • Strong track record of leading multi-site operations and large teams
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to balance customer satisfaction and business performance
  • A confident, engaging leader who can influence at all levels
