The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Role purpose: To work as part of the production engineering team to support Sunday Services and other events at HTB and the wider group. This role will consist of taking a lead role in the maintenance and upkeep of venues through repair, servicing and installation of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in the maintenance and upkeep of venues through repair, servicing and installation of production equipment.
- Oversee the production equipment stores across all sites including warehouse ensuring that all stores have the correct consumables and equipment required for events and services.
- Ensure all equipment, consumables and install equipment stock levels are accurate on the department CRM system and usage is reported to the production projects team for re-charging.
- Prep, de-prep & transport production equipment for onsite and offsite events & services.
- Take a lead role in the servicing of production equipment including but not limited to: Speakers, Amplifiers, Digital Mixing Consoles, Generic Lights, Moving Lights, Cameras, Cables, Power distribution and staging.
- Act as the lead engineer for all PAT Testing & basic electrical repairs for production, media and worship equipment.
- Support HTB Production, Creative & Worship where required.
- Support the wider production engineering team with onsite installations & install preparations including but not limited to: pre-building racks, pre-making cable looms, prepping tools and PPE kits.
- Where required, support the Technical Production Supervisor with the live maintenance schedule.
- Work with the production management/supervisor team to ensure technical consistency across all our venues and projects.
- Support, motivate and encourage our production volunteers through regular catch-ups & formal training programmes.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Highly competent Audio, Video & Lighting knowledge.
- Experience in repair and maintenance of technical production equipment.
- Experience in using Asset management or CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Ability to problem solve as issues arise.
- Reliable and adaptable.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry production equipment.
- Electrical/Network knowledge.
- Full Clean Driving Licence.
