Church Partnerships Trust within HTB Group is seeking a part-time Managing Director to lead strategy, operations and fundraising for a new venture. Reporting to the HTB Group CEO and trustees, you will engage senior stakeholders and guide the organisation toward sustainable growth.
You will manage a small team, oversee donor relations, proposals and reporting, and ensure alignment with HTB Group's mission across the UK church sector. The role is 3 days a week for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
