The Operations Coordinator provides essential operational support to ensure HTB ministry projects, services, and events run smoothly.
Working closely with HTB Operations Managers and ministry teams, this role helps plan and coordinate the operational, administrative, and logistical tasks needed to provide excellent and collaborative operational support to HTB Ministries with a focus on Sunday Services, Alpha and the operational running of HTB sites.

Some of the key responsibilities include
- Coordinate and deliver the operational and logistical aspects of HTB Ministry services, events, courses, and projects.
- Manage departmental administration, including inboxes, calendars, scheduling, records, and project tracking systems.
- Support project planning and delivery by maintaining timelines, checklists, budgets, and key milestones.
- Organise venues, hospitality, equipment, suppliers, and other resources required for successful programme delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and systems, including Church Suite, Asana, and departmental operational databases.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety, legal, insurance, and other organisational requirements.
- Process financial administration, including invoices, expenses, procurement, and budget tracking.
- Build strong relationships across departments and help mobilise volunteers and congregation members to support ministry activities.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating projects and operational tasks, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Excellent Communicator: Confident and professional in both written and verbal communication; able to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels.
Strong Organisational Skills: Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage a busy schedule, and remain calm and focused under pressure.
Effective Problem Solver: Takes a proactive and logical approach to identifying challenges and offering clear, actionable solutions.
