We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects across Alpha UK. You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns, creative projects, and communications are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact. It will involve coordinating with the relevant internal teams, external companies, freelancers, and other stakeholders to plan and progress marketing campaigns; coordinating the creation of digital and print products; organising the logistics of filming schedules for video creation; and assisting the Head of Marketing and Communications with ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Marketing and Communications department and efficient delivery of its strategic priorities. We are open to applications that are anywhere in the UK but must be accessible to London on occasion. The closing date for this role is Wednesday 10th June.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Project Management: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing briefs, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Content & Communications: Coordinate and produce digital and print content, including writing clear, engaging copy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to meet marketing needs and deliver effective, well-supported campaigns.
- Agency & Freelancer Management: Manage external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative and digital outputs.
- Social Media & Engagement: Oversee social media planning and delivery, ensuring consistent, engaging content.
- Events & Key Initiatives: Support marketing for events and major projects, including the Alpha Series rollout.
- Performance & Insights: Analyse campaign results, lead research initiatives, and ensure brand and budget alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge of Alpha with a passion for our values.
- Experience of attending or running an Alpha group/course.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of planning and executing marketing projects.
- A strong and current understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media.
- Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, with strong project management skills including planning timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with interpreting and presenting data gathered from various sources.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging and managing external suppliers and freelancers.
