We’re looking for a passionate and organised Worship Leader to help serve and grow the HTB community. This role combines leading worship across HTB services and events with pastoral care, team leadership, and worship administration. Applications for this role will close on Sunday 17th May.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Lead worship regularly across Sunday services, midweek gatherings and HTB Group events
- Pastor, support and develop worship leaders and musicians, fostering discipleship and musical growth
- Support the Director of Worship with worship administration, including Planning Centre, rotas, inbox and diary management
- Communicate clearly with staff and volunteers around services and events
- Model HTB’s culture, vision and servant-hearted leadership within the Worship Team
This role is ideal for someone who is musically gifted, relationally strong, and excited to build and care for worship teams in a growing church context.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates desire to be a lead worshipper: a worshipping heart
- Experience in leading worship and worship teams in a variety of contexts
- Strong vocal capabilities
- Proficient in leading worship from the acoustic guitar
- Experience of administration in a church ministry context
- Ability to train, counsel and pastor people on a one to one and group context
- Desire to serve the leadership of the church.
