- Maintain accurate regional data using Salesforce and other shared platforms, including surveys and data cleanses
The following skills and experience form the minimum requirements for the role:
- Excellent knowledge of Alpha
- Experience in running an Alpha Course
- Familiar with CRM systems - data input, GDPR best practice, pulling reports
- Excellent communication skills: face to face, by telephone and in writing
- The ability to work with a wide range of people including young leaders, church leaders and, on occasion, senior leaders of denominations or Christian organisations
- Confident at public speaking and presenting
- Experience in running training events
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and work‑life balance, including:
- 25 days annual leave (plus public holidays), which increases with length of service
