We're looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to help deliver all graphic design across Revitalise Trust and Love Your Neighbour. You'll create high-quality visual assets across digital, social, email and print – helping us communicate our campaigns clearly, creatively and consistently to a wide range of audiences.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead design delivery across all channels (social, email, digital and print)
- Create engaging assets including posters, banners, leaflets, donor materials and social media graphics
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent use of brand across all touchpoints
- Support marketing and fundraising campaigns with compelling visuals
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects, delivering to deadlines and high standards
- Maintain shared design resources (e.g. Canva, SharePoint) to enable wider team use
- Design internal and external presentations and brand documents
- Work closely with the Comms & Media team, including the Head of Comms
Requirements:
- Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative work
- Excellent attention to detail and a desire to always deliver best-in-class assets
- 1-2 years' proven experience in digital and graphic design
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of, and experience in, other design platforms such as Canva, Adobe creative programmes including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- A portfolio demonstrating your creativity, technical skills, and ability to execute design projects
