We're seeking a highly organised and proactive candidate to head up the CEOs' office and provide comprehensive and wide-ranging administrative and executive support to Sarah Jackson, one of the Co‐CEOs of Revitalise Trust which will enable the CEO to operate efficiently and effectively, released to focus on high level tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities- Manage inbox, draft communications, and prioritise correspondence
- Oversee diary, travel, expenses, and meeting preparation
- Act as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, and take minutes
- Lead and support the EA and Team Administrative Assistant
- Coordinate projects, events, and training activities
- Provide high‐level administrative and personal support as needed
- Has a passion for and knowledge of HTB Group and Revitalise Trust
- High degree of administrative ability with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organised with experience in an administrative role (preferably as an EA)
- High standard of formal writing skills and experience with the drafting of professional emails
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high pressure environment
- Relational with good interpersonal skills and oral communication
- Experience of working with C‐suite/senior management
- Experienced in managing people
- Proficient with the Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self‐sufficient, uses initiative and has the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to maintain absolute discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality at all times
- 25 days annual leave (plus public holidays), which increases with length of service
