We are looking for a talented and proactive Designer to help bring the HTB brand to life across print, digital, social media, and live events. Working within our established brand and editorial framework, you will take ownership of creative execution delivering high-quality, engaging design from concept through to final production. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage projects independently while collaborating within a dynamic and purpose-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design across social, digital, web, print, and live events
- Ensure all creative output is on-brand, high-quality, and editorially consistent
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and production requirements simultaneously
- Liaise with print suppliers and oversee delivery of physical assets
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts, not just execution
- Stay up to date with design trends to keep output fresh and culturally relevant
- Collaborate with the Brand & Comms team and wider Media team
- Support and guide volunteers to maintain strong design standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio across print, digital, and typography
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Thorough understanding of the design process, from briefing and concept through to final production
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied project load without close supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to build credibility with colleagues and articulate creative decisions clearly
- Proven ability to deliver to a high standard at pace, with a positive and adaptable attitude
