This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven Press Brake Operator/Setter to join HTA Group in Coventry, part of the award-winning WEC Group—one of the UK’s leading engineering firms with over 45 years of private ownership and sustained growth. Key Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings
- Accurately record all job bookings
- Complete operations within allocated timeframes
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Visually inspect components to ensure compliance with requirements
- Undertake first-off inspections as needed
- Adhere to company Health & Safety standards
- Perform additional duties relevant to the role as required

Remuneration + Hours
Basic Rate – £16 per hour + £100 per week shift allowance Monday to Thursday 10pm – 6am
Skills & Experience Required
- Self-motivated and focused

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic maths skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Previous experience setting a press brake machine
