Welder / Fabricator Earn £1168 per week (£1168 inclusive of attendance allowance and production bonus) with overtime available on top, paid at time and half and double time.
Location: Darwen, Lancashire
Nights: Monday–Thursday 5pm to 5am (40 hours + 8 hours @ 1.5X)

What We’re Looking For:
- Time‑served fabricator
- Experience in heavy engineering environments
- Skilled in MIG and TIG welding (Ferrous and non‑ferrous materials)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Comfortable welding various materials and thicknesses – especially stainless steel from 1mm to 12mm
- Control route cards and weld schedules transferring the daily data
- Able to follow a WPS
- Ability to carry out coded welding to pass 100% NDT including volumetric testing
