Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and SAP consultants.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions, coordinating with end-users to gather feedback and address issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SAP integration processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, bottling industry, or warehouse management is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Data Services, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- SAP certification(s) preferred.
