Participate in public health initiatives such as flu clinics and smoking cessation campaigns. Professional Responsibilities Maintain accurate, timely patient records using clinical IT systems.
Adhere to clinical governance standards and participate in audits, reflective practice, and continuous professional development. Contribute to service improvement initiatives and integrated care delivery across health and social care settings. Organisational Responsibilities Work collaboratively within the MDT and communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues.
