HT Practice is seeking a Group Manager to shoulder overall operational responsibility for its four-site GP practice group, reporting to the Partners. You will lead the practice managers and clinical leads, HR and payroll, finance and NHS income, and ensure CQC readiness across the group.
Based at one site, you will travel between all four locations within a short drive. The role drives patient list growth, oversees budgets and KPIs, and provides regular performance updates to the Partners.
