Are you an outstanding physiotherapist with a passion for helping active older people stay mobile, independent and pain-free? Do you want to be part of a place where you'll grow as a clinician and individual and be rewarded for your hard work? If so, we would love to hear from you.

About HT Physio:

HT Physio is a premium private physiotherapy clinic in Farnham, Surrey, founded by Will Harlow – Sunday Times bestselling author and one of the most-followed physiotherapists in the world, with over 1.7 million YouTube subscribers. We specialise in helping active older adults regain mobility, avoid unnecessary surgery, and maintain their independence for the long term. That specialism underpins everything: our clinical methodology, our communication approach, our patient relationships, and the reputation we have built with a global audience.

The clinic operates at the intersection of exceptional clinical care and a nationally recognised health education platform. Our patients arrive informed, engaged, and with high expectations – which means the standard of care we deliver, and the standard we hold ourselves to as a team, reflects that.

  • A consistently full caseload and waiting list
  • 900+ 5-star reviews and a strong national profile
  • A small, high-performing team that genuinely cares about outcomes

We are now looking for one more outstanding physiotherapist to join us.

The Role:

This is a patient-facing MSK role with longer appointments, engaged patients and a clear clinical framework. You will:

  • Assess and treat mainly older active adults with back, knee, hip and shoulder problems
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships and guide patients through structured plans of care
  • Communicate clearly, calmly and confidently so patients understand their diagnosis, their plan, and what success looks like for them
  • Work within a proven clinical process, supported by a formal induction, weekly in-house training and 1:1 mentorship from our clinical lead

If you are moving from the NHS or an environment where you feel rushed, this is a chance to do your best work with the time, support and standards to match. What matters most to us is not the number of years on your CV. It is whether you are the kind of clinician who connects with patients, takes ownership of their outcomes, and holds yourself to a high standard.

What We Stand For:

  • Personal Ownership – You take responsibility for your diary, your outcomes and your growth.
  • Continuous Improvement – You actively seek feedback, sharpen your skills and want to get better every month.
  • Play to Win – You like clear goals, honest data and being part of a team that aims to be the best clinic in the area, not just “good enough”.

This is not the right role if you want to coast, avoid accountability or do the bare minimum.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver thorough MSK assessments and hands-on treatment (with an emphasis on gentle manual therapy and exercise)
  • Explain clinical findings and plans of care in plain, reassuring language
  • Keep patients engaged from first session through to full discharge and long-term maintenance
  • Spot early when a patient is losing confidence and intervene before they disengage
  • Produce clear Assessment Summary documents after initial consultations within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes to HCPC standards
  • Contribute to our weekly in-house clinical education and coaching sessions
  • Work closely with front-of-house to provide an outstanding end-to-end experience

What We Are Looking For:

  • HCPC and CSP registered
  • Genuine interest in working with patients aged 50+ and understanding what motivates them
  • Confident MSK assessment and hands-on treatment skills
  • Strong communicator who can make complex information feel simple and reassuring
  • A growth mindset: comfortable with feedback, data and being held accountable for patient outcomes
  • Energy and flexibility to thrive in a high-standards, fast-moving private clinic

Nice to Have:

  • Acupuncture or dry needling
  • Postgraduate training in a relevant area

We welcome applications from physiotherapists at all stages of their career if the mindset fits.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work directly within an internationally recognised physiotherapy brand and learn from its founder.
  • Structured induction and onboarding so you are not left to “figure it out”
  • Weekly in-house clinical development and coaching
  • 1:1 mentorship from our clinical lead
  • External CPD and further training opportunities
  • Competitive salary with performance-linked progression and benefits
  • Clear career development pathways as the clinic grows
  • A working environment where high performance is recognised, and personal ownership is the norm

Will is directly involved in the training and development of the clinical team. The methodology refined through years of treating thousands of patients – and communicating it to a global audience – is what you will learn, practise, and be coached on from your first week. This is not a generic CPD budget and an annual appraisal. It is structured, ongoing, and genuinely invested. This is not a role where you clock in, see patients, and clock out. If you want to be better at your craft, work alongside people who care about the same things, and be part of something that has a broader reach and purpose than a standard clinic – this is where you do that.

How to Apply:

If you recognise yourself in this advert and want to grow in a high-standards, supportive environment, we would love to hear from you. Please send your CV and a covering letter (max 500 words) explaining:

  • Why HT Physio is the right next step for you
  • How you have demonstrated personal ownership, continuous improvement and “play to win” in your career so far
