We’re looking for an experienced Risk Partner to help embed and operate our enterprise risk management framework. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to identify, assess, and monitor key risks while providing constructive challenge, clear reporting, and trusted second-line oversight.
What you’ll do:
- Support and embed the enterprise risk management framework
- Partner with business areas to identify, assess, and document key risks
- Review controls, challenge assumptions, and provide pragmatic risk advice
- Maintain risk registers and monitor changes in risk profile
- Produce high-quality risk reporting, dashboards, and KRIs
- Support governance forums and liaise with audit and compliance
- Contribute to risk training, process improvements, and operational resilience activities
What we’re looking for:
