The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This role will support STS watch service centre to achieve the company’s strategy, providing diagnostics to enable estimation and authentication for our repairs. The candidate should develop detailed knowledge of luxury watches to estimate repairs for trade and retail customers, possess a fine eye for detail, and effective communication skills for imparting knowledge. Administration and reporting on watch products will be required, along with a confidence in handling luxury watch brands and examining watch movements. Full support and training will be provided.

Role Objectives

  • Diagnose repairs for estimates
  • Authenticate watches to a high standard
  • Maintain volume throughout

Role Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics, testing and authentication for estimates
  • Establish pricing for luxury watch servicing
  • Perform stolen/lost checks on luxury watches
  • Locate brand identifiers such as warranty cards, serial numbers, etc.
  • Identify aftermarket diamond set dials and bezels
  • Assist stores with watch queries
  • Accurate and efficient data entry

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
  • Experience in the watch industry desirable
  • Good technical knowledge of watchmaking tools helpful
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Knowledge of luxury watches and watchmaking helpful
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter

  • Ability to meet deadlines
