About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You’ll be responsible for achieving financial targets, developing your team, and creating a positive, inclusive store environment where colleagues feel motivated, well‑trained, and proud of their role. No prior experience with pawnbroking is required as we offer a comprehensive training programme to ensure you feel confident and supported in all aspects of the role.
